If you missed this week's challenge, you can read about it here. I've been really excited about it, and have decided that I'm going to permanently carry sticky notes around in my purse, and be sure to leave them at least one place a day. I'm proud of all of you for going out of your way to send happiness to random strangers whom you'll never meet. You never know what impact you might have.
I wanted to show you a couple of sticky notes you readers posted this week!
Tahnie from A Happy Girl posted this at a post office.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
I couldn't get the picture to work, but Ms. Brittany sent me this tender email along with her picture. With her permission, I wanted to share it with you. The note had said, "Do not be discouraged friend, be of good cheer."
"Here's my note that i posted in the living room of my home. i live in a foster home for people on ventilators, so i wanted to leave a secret note for my caregivers or nurse to see....i thought, it doesn't matter where you are in your life, that phrase/word could apply for anyone...as we all have issues or things going on... :)"
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Now for mine:
1. Random Mail Box
2. An outside bench
3. Top of a trash can
As I was playing around editing my pictures, I darkened the background completely on the last one, and something hit me. A lot of times we think our small acts of kindness could not possibly make a difference, they aren't big enough to impact someone's life. We think that perhaps someone else could provide service better than us, and don't realize we have the capability of changing lives. Maybe not at one glorious moment, but little by little, as we stamp a mark of kindness on the world. Because sometimes, a person's world is so dark, that the highlight of their week is a little note that reminds them that they matter. When in darkness, any source of light provides brightness to a room. Look at the last picture again. You see the darkness? That small sticky note just made a difference. YOU just made a difference.
Link up your notes.

I love doing this kind of stuffs. I started doing it when I found the blog of operation nice and operation beautiful. It's nice to know that the kindness is spreading around the world.
I just love this idea! A lot of the times, we should really think of others before thinking of ourselves.
When you are found in the service of others you experience a greater sense of peace and true happiness. You get to know yourself more and you get to draw closer to Heavenly Father.
