Fit Friday: 10 Day Running Challenge

A lot of people stress out about running, and don't know how to start. Brooke has ran marathons, and even convinced me to do a half marathon with her a couple of years ago. She has come up with a running schedule to help ease you into running!

Here's your 10 day running schedule.
Brooke says, "Try to get a minimum of three running days in a week!  Don't worry if you have to stop and walk, your endurance will build over time."

Be sure to check out the YMCA for more healthy living tips, and activities going on near you!

I love this idea, I am so NOT a runner, but would love to be. This looks like a schedule that I could handle!

I think it's great idea and great schedule. If you want to be healthy and avoid weight gain, you should start running or even walking. It can bring lots of benefits, like strong health and slim figure. Well I use my favourite service, it's like my personal asisstant, it contains a lot of informative articles about healthy lifestyle (you can learn more here), lots of tips, tasty recipes, some helpful exercises, weigth loss calculator and more.
